Mark has lived an athletic and adventurous life running, cycling, Dragon Boat racing, mountain climbing and backpacking. Learning early in life the importance of taking good care of the body and repairing injured tissue, Mark has gained incredible insight into bodywork and rehab/recovery. When not in treatment or teaching Mark can be found enjoying South Florida by foot, bike, or in the water!

Clinical
Manual soft tissue therapy treating postural and functional limitations utilizing a variety of techniques including Structural Integration, Neuromuscular Therapy, Myofascial Release, Active isolated Stretching, Positional Release, Trigger Point Therapy. By identifying and focusing on the underlying postural and functional limitations, corrective soft tissue therapy is very effective at restoring musculoskeletal function and pain relief for any number of conditions including:

Teaching
Mark teaches workshops together with Nick Chitty in Miami, Florida training therapists in the anatomy, technique, and business development of clinical practices specializing in treatment of cranial/cervical dysfunction.
Mark is also on staff with Judy DaLeny and NMTCenter.com teaching full body anatomy, Neuromuscular technique, and clinical applications.
Formerly Mark instructed students at Educating Hands School of Massage in Miami, Florida. Helping students develop their understanding of anatomy, Kinesthesiology, Commonly Encountered Pathologies, Indications/Contra-Indications for bodywork, Proper body mechanics, Medical Ethics, and technical bodywork applications.
Mark is insured through the American Massage Therapy Association.
